Presenter 1: Marcy Krosch
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, General Pattern
Marcy Krosch is a seasoned sales and marketing leader currently employed at General Pattern Company (GPC). In her role, Marcy collaborates closely with both new and existing clients to identify solutions that leverage GPC's extensive vertical capabilities to expedite the realization of programs while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Marcy plays a pivotal role in marketing the continuous advancements and expansions of services at General Pattern.
With over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the contract manufacturing sector, Marcy brings a wealth of knowledge across various industries including medical, recreational and industrial markets. Earlier in her career, she gained invaluable experience working in the medical OEM space, particularly within neurological, cardiovascular and hearing device markets.
Marcy holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of St. Cloud. Furthermore, she actively contributes as an advisor for Women in Leadership at a prominent university, showcasing her commitment to fostering diversity and empowering women in professional settings.
Presenter 2: Paul DiLaura
Chief Commercial Officer, Mantle
Paul joined Mantle as the chief commercial officer in 2021. Prior to Mantle, Paul was the vice president of sales and applications engineering at Carbon. While at Carbon, DiLaura helped to bring three generations of printers and many new materials to markets that include automotive, industrial, consumer and medical. He also helped to develop a network of production partners that produce parts with Carbon's technology worldwide. DiLaura started and grew the sales and applications engineering teams and was instrumental in bringing many industry-first 3D printed applications to volume production. Before joining Carbon, DiLaura spent over 10 years at Dassault Systèmes. He served most recently as its managing director of North America, where he was responsible for customer and partner relationships. marketing and customer service. DiLaura holds bachelor's degrees in economics and history from the University of Michigan.
