General Pattern Team,
As you know the Engineering Team here at IAC had significant risk awarding General Pattern with new Mack/Volvo Door Components mainly due to the fact that you were not on the “Approved Supplier” list and you had no previous work awarded through IAC system. That being said, the Engineering Team here at IAC feel you have done an excellent job fulfilling our requirements from a Quality, Cost, and Timing perspective.
The components were actually completed ahead of schedule, assembled very well, and our Customer was extremely satisfied with the quality of the doors as assembled.

Hello Again General Pattern Team,
Regretfully, I will be handing the General Pattern account over to a very capable colleague her at TBB. My focus is changing, to concentrate on my core strengths which include steel, stamping, fabrication seats, and flooring.
General Pattern has always been the gee whiz, go to company for concept to market projects. The door handle, the C2 driver window snorkel, skin foam bumper pad, padded stanchions, ah yes- the famous storage box. That’s just a few!
I have always supported General Pattern, even when we crashed into the EFX fascia.
